Eyenettv makes sure the broadcast comes on line and the weblinks are active.

Eyenettv can create the content, or the content can be delivered to us for further broadcasting. The proposer makes sure that the weblinks that are referred to are active.

The proposer is always responsible for the content of the broadcast. If Eyenettv tapes and/of edits a broadcast, the proposer always stays the owner of the footage and has full copyrights.
